Dr. Matthew Walker is a former Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and currently is Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also the founder and director of the Center for Human Sleep Science at the UC Berkeley, and a Sleep Scientist at Google where he helps the scientific exploration of sleep in health and disease. Dr. Walker is the author of the New York Times bestseller, Why We Sleep.
